LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Little Rock Police Department (LRPD) has made an arrest related to a 2023 homicide that left a juvenile dead.

LRPD stated that 19-year-old Ricky Minor was brought back to Arkansas from Texas and charged with first-degree murder in connection with the homicide that happened at Chicot Road on December 15, 2023.

Reports said Officers were sent to the area at around 11:00 p.m. after reports of a shooting. They arrived and found a juvenile male suffering from gunshot wounds.

He was quickly taken to the hospital but later died from his injuries.

In February of 2025, police announced they were searching for Minor in connection with the homicide.

LRPD stated that the investigation is ongoing.
