Dual premiership winning coach Michael Maguire has poured cold water on any rumours linking him to the England job.

Maguire is currently in the UK on a personal development tour. According to , Maguire’s presence in the country has “fuelled speculation” the RFL will reach out to the Broncos mentor to gauge his interest in replacing England coach Shaun Wane.

England were soundlty beaten 3-0 in the recent Ashes series and Wane’s job security is under severe pressure ahead of next year’s Rugby League World Cup.
