The NFL ’s Week 10 gameday accountability report landed a heavy blow on an unlikely target Saturday: Washington Commanders undrafted rookie linebacker Ale Kaho was assessed a $46,371 fine for "use of the helmet," the single largest fine of the week.

The play that drew the sanction also left Kaho shaken.

On the second-half kickoff in Washington's 44-22 loss to the Detroit Lions, Kaho, who has primarily contributed on special teams this season, was involved in a helmet-to-helmet collision and did not return after being evaluated by medical staff for a concussion.

Immediately following the game, Kaho entered the league’s concussion protocol and was ruled out for Sunday’s international matchup with the Miami Dolphins.
