Michigan's top executives are offering a 12-step plan for breaking the state's addiction to failure.

Business Leaders for Michigan Monday will present a platform on which it hopes all candidates in next year's midterm elections will stand.

The aim is to halt the steep, 25-year slide that has restricted household incomes, throttled economic growth and sent our best-and-brightest packing for other states.
