After a tight first half, things looked like they were maybe coming down to the wire on Saturday in the Class 6A girls soccer state championship game.
Fifteen minutes into the second half, Ana Kubiaczyk sent up a corner kick from the northwest corner of the field. The ball sailed right to the foot of Natalie Webber, who connected on the ball with the timing of a major league baseball player.
