Jennifer Garner knows better than to mess with what works — and the proof is in her winter-ready outfits.

Last December, the Family Switch actress was spotted wearing a cozy turtleneck sweater not once but twice while running some last-minute holiday errands in Los Angeles. While she first opted for an army green sweater styled with straight-leg blue jeans and white sneakers, she wore a gray version of the closet staple in a totally different way (with trousers and platform shoes) just two days later.

I’ve been looking for cozy outfits to wear during the no man’s land period between late fall and the official start of winter, and these more than fit the bill. N
