New Delhi: Reiterating the resolve to develop Delhi, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, on Sunday, spearheaded the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) campaign for the upcoming Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) by-elections, addressing several meetings, including those in Najafgarh and Shalimar Bagh.
