The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested a Kashmiri resident who was allegedly a part of the conspiracy to trigger the car bomb blast near the Red Fort , which claimed 10 lives and injured 32 people on November 10.
“Amir Rashid Ali, in whose name the car involved in the attack was registered, was arrested in Delhi by the NIA, which had launched a massive search operation after taking over the case from the Delhi police,” said the agency on Sunday (November 16, 2025).
The NIA said its investigations revealed that the accused, a resident of Samboora in Pampore, had conspired with the alleged “suicide bomber”, Umar Un Nabi , to carry out the terror attack.
