(Reuters) -India’s National Investigation Agency said on Sunday it had arrested a resident of Kashmir over a car blast that killed eight people and wounded at least 20 others in Delhi last week.
The agency said it arrested the man in Delhi. It added that the car in the attack was registered in his name and accused him of conspiring with the alleged suicide bomber.
The blast outside Delhi’s historic Red Fort was the first such explosion in the heavily guarded city since 2011.
