EAST RUTHERFORD - The New York Giants say they are embracing the chance to turn what has been a season of regrets into opportunity.

Brian Daboll was fired Monday morning on the heels of the Giants' 11th consecutive road loss, the longest such streak in franchise history, and Kafka was tabbed as his interim replacement.
