BJP leader and party adviser Tseten Tashi Bhutia has voiced concern over what he describes as increasing threats around Sikkim’s border areas, saying activities linked to neighbouring countries demand closer scrutiny.
Bhutia said information now widely available on social media and news platforms provides a clearer view of developments near India’s frontiers. He argued that these publicly visible updates underline the need for greater attention to Sikkim’s sensitive border zones, where, according to him, anti-India activities cannot be ignored.
