Two people were killed in a mass shooting in New Jersey this weekend.
A 10-year-old boy and a 21-year-old woman were killed at the 300 block of Chancellor Avenue in Newark, N.J., at around 7:00 p.m. local time on Saturday, Nov. 15, according to the Essex County Prosecutor's Office.
The two victims were pronounced dead at the nearby University Hospital, authorities said.
Three others were injured in the shooting: an 11-year-old boy, a 19-year-old man and a 60-year old man, per police.
