The share allotment status for Tenneco Clean Air India IPO is expected to be finalised on Monday, November 17. The IPO was overall subscribed nearly 59 times on the third and last day of bidding on Friday.
The ₹3,600-crore mainboard issue was open for subscription from November 12 to November 14.
The IPO received bids for more than 392.21 crore shares, compared to 6.66 crore shares on offer, leading to a subscription of 58.83 times, as per the NSE data.
The retail quota of the IPO was booked 5.11 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors’ (NIIs) category was subscribed 40.74 times. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) booked their reserved portion 166.42 times.
The book-building issue was entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 9.07 crore shares, amounting to ₹3,600 crore. The
