The president of the United States appealed to the Supreme Court a ruling from more than one federal judge requiring the continued funding of SNAP benefits for 40 million Americans — benefits that are fully funded and had no restrictions from the now resolved government shutdown. Think about that: The president of the United States sued to have 40 million people denied food. But then, America’s Supreme Court agreed with the administration. This is your country.
