Aaron Rodgers is believed to have sustained a “sight break” in his left, non-throwing wrist, which caused him to exit Sunday’s 34-12 Steelers victory over the Bengals late in the second quarter.
Rodgers, who spent two seasons with the Jets before arriving in Pittsburgh, will have more testing on Monday to determine the severity and length of time he’ll be out, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported .
Mason Rudolph came into the game to start the second half for the Steelers and the team described Rodgers as questionable to return due to a left hand injury at the time.
Rodgers had thrown an incomplete pass on his final pass attempt before he left the game.
He finished the game with 116 yards on 9-of-15 passing and a touchdown throw before he left with the injury.
