WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. —
Two teenage girls are accused of taking their parents' car and taking it for a joyride before crashing into two homes in Gloucester County, New Jersey, according to the Washington Township Police Department .
Police said that officers were called to Covered Bridge Court in Canterbury Mews in Washington Township around 2:20 a.m. on Nov. 11 for reports of a car crashing into a condominium.
When the officers got to the location, they found a white SUV parked on Rutland Court that had damage to the front-end, police said.
The officers were able to wake up the homeowners and it was discovered that two 13-year-old girls had taken their parents' car, according to the police department.
