Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Amit Shah, is currently chairing the 32nd meeting of the Northern Zonal Council in Haryana's Faridabad, according to ANI.

The Northern Zonal Council comprises the states and Union Territories of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and Chandigarh.

Shah is the chairperson of the Northern Zonal Council, and the Chief Minister of Haryana is its vice-chairperson.

The Chief Ministers of all four member states, including Punjab's Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, along with the Lieutenant Governors and administrators of the four Union Territories, participated in the meeting.
