BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Morning fog remains an issue for the next several mornings, along with temperatures running well above normal for mid-November.
DENSE FOG ADVISORY
A Dense Fog Advisory is in effect until 9:00 a.m. this morning for areas with dense fog impairing visibility.
In some locations, localized “super fog” may form where smoke from smoldering agricultural fires settles near the ground. Visibility can drop quickly, so use caution if traveling in those areas. During the morning commute, consider giving yourself extra time to slow down and increase the distance between vehicles.
TODAY’S FORECAST
After a foggy morning start, temperatures will gradually warm into the low 80s this afternoon under dry and mainly sunny skies.
