Police responded to an open 911 call at 12:47 a.m. Nov. 7 and found the caller had accidentally hit 911 on her cell phone as she was leaving the 42Eighty Food and Drink. She was pulled over on Pearl Road and was arrested after she refused to submit to field sobriety tests. The woman also had a suspended driver’s license due to a previous charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired. She was charged with OVI and other traffic related charges.
Criminal damaging, Tulip Court
A man reported discovering an estimated $800 damage to his 2009 Nissan Maxima at 9 a.m. Nov. 1. The damage occurred overnight Oct. 31-1 while the car was parked in the man’s driveway and there were no suspects at the time of the report.
