(Mayville, ND) — Fire crews are cleaning up debris and putting out hotspots from a Mayville Elevator Fire. A grain elevator full of sunflower seeds caught fire on Saturday evening. Mayville Fire said it will likely take several days to completely put the fire out. Assistant Fire Chief Wade Freehauf said hundreds of firefighters came to help from nearby towns, including Grand Forks Air Force Base. The cause of fire is still unknown.
