A day after making first in the Delhi blast case, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has arrested another man, a native of Kashmir for allegedly providing technical support for carrying out terror attacks by modifying drones and attempting to make rockets ahead of the deadly car bomb blast which killed 10 persons and left 32 persons injured.
Accordingly to NIA, the arrested man identified as Kasir Bilal Wani alias Danish, a resident of Qazigund in Anantnag district of J&K, was a close aide of Umar Nabi, the doctor who allegedly drove the car that exploded outside the Red Fort Metro station on November 10. “He was an active co-conspirator behind the attack and had worked closely with the terrorist, Umar un Nabi, to plan the terror carnage,” a NIA spokesperson said.
