TRAVERSE CITY — The Traverse City Parking Services employee, found dead Sunday morning in the parking structure at 303 East Street St., appears to have been shot and killed there Saturday night, city police said.
Evidence from the scene of the shooting of city employee Lawrence Boyd IV, 32, of Traverse City, indicates that his death and the attempted homicide of a city police officer at approximately 10:30 p.m. Saturday are connected, Traverse City Police Chief Matt Richmond said.
