PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Residents were forced to evacuate a high-rise in Philadelphia's Center City after a fire broke out in the building early Monday morning.
It happened around 12:30 a.m.at the 1919 apartment building on Market Street.
Fire officials say residents reported smoke on the upper floors of the building.
No one was hurt, but residents were told by front office staff to make alternative arrangements to stay elsewhere until further notice.
"We are working closely with fire officials to assess the damage and determine when you will be able to return," building staff said.
