Two photographers from Scottsdale were among the Arizona Game and Fish Department’s 2025 wildlife photo contest’s 12 winners.
All 12 winning photographs are included in the full-size 2026 wildlife calendar that is published in Arizona Wildlife Views magazine, according to a press release.
The winners are published in published in Arizona Wildlife Views’ full-size 2026 wildlife calendar, which can be purchased for $3 at all Arizona Game and Fish Department offices statewide.
More than 690 photographers entered this year’s wildlife photo contest.
Winners from Scottsdale are:
• Jim Burns, Greater roadrunner with California kingsnake.
• Jackie Marlowe, White-nosed coati.
Other winners are:
• Eze Ahanonu, Tucson: Coyote.
• Timothy Cota, Mesa: Eastern collared lizard.
• Lisa M. Daniels
