Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) have confirmed that Pat Cummins will be their captain for a third consecutive season, ending all concerns regarding the Australian superstar’s participation in IPL 2026.

The franchise shared a social media post on Monday (November 17), with the text on one of the photos reading, ‘Captain Pat S3 Coming Soon’.

The post comes only hours after former India spinner Ravichandran Ashwin had spoken about the possibility of Travis Head getting SRH’s captaincy in 2026.
