City administration is considering four capital projects which could be funded through a public-private model in the upcoming fiscal year.
A report requested by the Special Infrastructure Committee last June will be presented to council Tuesday. It lists the renewal of the Woodcroft Library, the proposed Cumberland Fire Station, the proposed Windermere North Transit Centre and upgrades to the city’s inventory of sports arenas. Six other capital projects were also looked at but were not selected for consideration.
