New Delhi: US President Donald Trump is unpredictable. Sometimes he talks about trade deals with India, sometimes he imposes arbitrary tariffs. His stance has been particularly harsh on the purchase of oil from Russia. India is being imposed an additional 25% tariff due to the purchase of Russian oil.
