CHILLICOTHE — Chillicothe Police handled a series of incidents throughout Sunday, November 16, ranging from traffic violations and thefts to disorderly conduct and domestic disputes, according to the department’s daily media log.

Traffic Stops & Violations

Around 1:23 a.m. , officers on patrol issued a citation during a traffic stop on N. Bridge Street for failure to obey a traffic-control device. Later in the afternoon, police responded to a hit-skip crash at Sunoco on W. Main Street , where a driver reportedly failed to obey a traffic signal before leaving the scene.

A separate crash with injuries occurred at E. Main Street and Douglas Avenue at 5:27 p.m. Officers reported that one driver assaulted the other following the collision. Citations were issued, and one individua
