SASKATCHEWAN — Provincial fuel prices declined an average of 1.6 cents per litre this week, landing at 125.19 cents per litre, according to GasBuddy’s Monday report. The drop comes as several Canadian provinces saw slight increases in pump prices.
Regina posted a 1.8-cent decline to 124.62 c/L, while Saskatoon fell 3.3 cents to 122.71 c/L. Winnipeg also saw a decrease, averaging 128.18 c/L, down 2.7 cents.
Nationally, the average price rose 0.8 cents per litre to 134.94 c/L. Prices remain 13.5 cents below this time last year, despite climbing 4.0 cents over the past month.
“Canada’s national average price of gasoline was little changed over the last week, with provinces nearly split between rising and falling prices,” said Patrick De Haan, head of petroleum analysis at GasBuddy. Saskatc
