Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green took a moment in the second quarter against the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday night to confront a courtside fan in the Smoothie King Center.

"He just kept calling me a woman," Green said after the game.

Green didn't give a name of the "woman," but according to the Associated Press' Brett Martel, the Pelicans' fan called Green "Angel Reese," the legendary LSU women's basketball player and current WNBA All-Star forward for the Chicago Sky.

Reese, who led the WNBA in rebounds this past season, has gone viral for clips of her missing layups and rebounding her own misses near the rim. The clips resulted in social media nicknaming her "Mebounds," which Reese turned into the unofficial name of her shoes under the Reebok brand.
