Karisma Kapoor’s children seek inspection of late Sunjay Kapur’s alleged will; court notices Priya Kapur

The Delhi High Court has asked Priya Kapur, wife of the late Sunjay Kapur , to respond to a plea filed by the children of actor Karisma Kapoor . The children are seeking inspection of the original copy of their father’s alleged will. Joint Registrar Gagandeep Jindal issued notices to Priya Kapur and Shradha Suri Marwah, the executor of the alleged will, asking them to file their replies within three weeks. The matter has now been listed for December 16.

The plea was filed by Samaira Kapur and her brother, who are challenging the purported will of their late father, reportedly worth ?30,000 crore. The plaintiffs claim the will is forged and that the signatures are not Sunjay Kapur ’s, alleging that Priya Kapur colluded with the attesting witnesses.
