Advertising boards will go up on a Meriden roundabout despite concerns drivers will be distracted and the appearance of the village would be harmed.
Applicant Steve Green of CP Media originally submitted the plan in September for four advertising boards on the roundabout which connects Hampton Lane, Main Road, Birmingham Road and Fillongley Road.
The proposal was for the signs measuring 1.2 metres by 50cm on aluminium posts to be in place on the roundabout until 2030.

But in a public consultation 22 residents and Meriden Parish Council raised objections.
The application went in front of Solihull Council planning committ
