The Jets are finally making the switch.

Nearly a month after owner Woody Johnson publicly put Justin Fields on blast, the team is benching its starting QB in favor of veteran Tyrod Taylor for Week 12 against the Ravens, The Post’s Brian Costello confirmed.

During Thursday’s loss to the Patriots, Fields was 15-for-26 with 116 yards, one touchdown and a lost fumble.

The 26-year-old has completed 62.7 percent of his passes for 1,259 yards, seven touchdowns and one interception in nine starts this season after signing a two-year, $40 million contract with the Jets during the offseason.
