ROGERS -- A Rogers motorcyclist has died from injuries suffered when he was struck by a sports utility vehicle earlier this month at the intersection of East New Hope Road and South Monte Ne Road, according to a news release from the Rogers Police Department.

Davis Bub, 20, was struck by the SUV while riding his motorcycle around 3:50 pm. Nov. 8, the release states. Rogers police officers and firefighters responded to the scene, started rendering aid and investigated the accident, according to the release.

Bub was transported to Mercy Hospital in Rogers and was later transported by air to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Mo., the release states.

Bub was flown a few days later to a hospital in St. Louis where he died Sunday, according to the release.
