CONCORD — A pedestrian crossing a street died Sunday night after they were struck by a vehicle in Concord, authorities said.
The name of the man killed has not yet been released. He is believed to be in his 50s.

The fatal collision happened about 7:59 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Monument Boulevard and Reganti Drive, police said.
It was not immediately known if the man was in a marked crosswalk when he was struck by a vehicle.
He was pronounced deceased on the roadway.
The vehicle driver remained after the collision and was cooperating with investigators.
