LAUREL — The fall musical at Laurel High School is even more exciting than usual. That’s because LHS is the first theater in Montana to present a brand-new musical, “Disney’s Dare to Dream Jr.”
The 60-minute musical revue covers some of the highlights of 100 years of Disney movies. LHS English teacher Nathan Williams found out the production was coming out in early 2025, and he applied for the rights in May. Later this season, Billings Studio Theater will produce this show, but it’s a thrill for Laurel students to be the first to perform in it.
“We’re making history,” Williams said.
“Disney’s Dare to Dream” will be performed Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. in the LHS auditorium. Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for seniors and students.
