Mark Andrews scored on a 35-yard run on fourth-and-1 to lift the host Baltimore Ravens to a 23-16 win over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.
The Browns (2-8) stuffed Derrick Henry on third-and-1 so the Ravens (5-5) lined up to push on fourth down with 3:17 left in the game.
Instead of pushing up the middle, Andrews spun around right end and went untouched for the first rushing touchdown of his career as Baltimore earned its fourth straight win.
Shedeur Sanders made his NFL debut for the Browns, playing the entire second half after Cleveland starter Dillon Gabriel went out with a concussion.
Sanders, a rookie out of Colorado and the son of Hall of Famer and current Colorado coach Deion Sanders, completed four of 15 passes for 47 yards and an interception. He also compiled 16 rushing yards
