A New York DoorDash driver is accused of secretly recording an unconscious customer and posting the video to social media.

The incident happened Sunday, Oct. 12, after a delivery driver dropped off an order at a man’s home in the city of Oswego, according to the Oswego Police Department

The next day, the department received a report alleging the customer had been naked inside his residence during the delivery.

Detectives launched an investigation and determined the delivery driver, identified as Olivia Henderson, 23, of Oswego, had recorded the man through the exterior of his home while he was nude and incapacitated on his couch due to alcohol consumption, police said.

The video was later posted to social media, where it drew significant attention, according to investigators.

Henderson claimed she had been sexually assaulted during the encounter. The department’s investigation found no evidence of a sexual assault, and the man in the video cooperated with detectives, police said.

Henderson was arrested and charged with unlawful surveillance and dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image, both felonies. She was released with an appearance ticket for a future date in Oswego City Court.

Oswego Police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the incident and are working with the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office. Independent video has been collected and reviewed as part of the case, police said.
