It's Been 48 Hours Since Hempstead Girl, 15, Vanished: Here's What We Know

Police on Long Island are searching for a 15-year-old girl who hasn’t been seen since the weekend .

Nechelle Rucker was last seen around noon on Saturday, Nov. 15, in Hempstead, according to Nassau County Police. She was reported missing two days later, on Monday, Nov. 17.

Rucker is described as 5-foot-2 and 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black-and-white sweater and blue jeans. Detectives believe she may be headed toward Rockville Centre.
