Red Earth Creek have lifted a shelter-in-place that was laid down late on Saturday night following a robbery in northern Alberta.
On November 15 at approximately 12:30 p.m., Red Earth Creek RCMP was notified of an armed robbery that took place at a business located on Blue Sky Road. Multiple firearms were stolen during the robbery.
Suspects shot at a civilian that was in the area while they left the area. The RCMP were unable to locate the suspects at this time.
At approximately 8:15 p.m., RCMP located the suspect vehicle and three suspects approximately 3.5 kilometres north of Peerless Trout First Nation on Highway 686.
