Several political figures are set to attend the funeral of former Vice President Dick Cheney in the nation's capital this week.
The longtime force in Republican politics died of complications of pneumonia and cardiac and vascular disease at the age of 84 on Nov. 3, his family said. Born in Lincoln, Nebraska, in 1941, the former vice president grew up in Wyoming, where he served as a lawmaker and later retired.
