Less than 24 hours after it was first reported, the Seattle Mariners have made their re-signing of Josh Naylor official.

The Mariners announced their five-year contract with the veteran first baseman through 2030 in a press release Monday afternoon.

Shortly after, ESPN MLB insider Jeff Passan reported that Naylor’s contract is worth $92.5 million – a yearly salary of $18.5 million – and includes a full no-trade clause. That makes it the largest contract given by the Mariners to a position player in free agency since Robinson Canó’s 10-year, $240 million signed in 2013.
