Plans to improve and further develop parts of Osceola Heritage Park took a big step on Monday.

Osceola County commissioners voted unanimously to approve a memorandum of understanding, which will start negotiations between the county and the owners of Orlando City Soccer Club relating to future development and usage of OHP.

The Orlando City training grounds, Osceola County Stadium, and a parcel of land located near the corner of Bill Beck Boulevard and U.S. 192 are mentioned in the MOU .

Orlando City currently leases the training fields and stadium for its MLS, reserve, and academy teams.
