Meghan Markle’s ex-husband Trevor Engleson was reportedly convinced she would marry Prince Harry the moment he learned she was dating the royal.

Real Housewives of New York City star Bethenny Frankel last Wednesday spoke on The Toast podcast with Claudia Oshry, where she claimed Engleson, an American film producer, expressed no doubt Meghan would marry for a second time and have herself a royal wedding when news of her relationship with Harry became public in 2016.

Frankel, who briefly dated Engleson, said he made the admission when discussing his marriage with Meghan as the pair got to know each other.

“He said his ex was a woman from a show called Suits. I didn’t know what the show was. I didn’t know the woman,” she told Oshry.
