Australia has sent a delegation to a COP11 seminars in Switzerland to educate the world on its tobacco and vape policies amid a surging black market which is costing the government billions of dollars.
Three seminars at the Conference of Parties to the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control focusing on preventative policies will be organised or co-organised by Australia.
