DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) - Female entrepreneurs packed the DECC Monday for the third annual ‘Women in Leadership Conference’.

The sold-out event is put on by the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce.

The event is designed to motivate and inspire female leaders entering the workforce or looking to excel in their current career fields.

The all-day conference also offers career development workshops, a panel discussion, and a fun social hour for those looking to network.

“It’s just been such a powerful day of learning and connection and empowerment. I‘ve seen so many like one-on-one conversations, table conversations, it’s so clear that this was an unmet need,” Said Aubrey Hagen, the event organizer. “I’m just so excited to continue watching it grow.“
