LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — The City of North Las Vegas is warning residents of a scam asking for a wire transfer.
The city posted to social media Monday afternoon. Officials say the scam impersonates its North Las Vegas Planning & Zoning Division or Planning Commission. An email is circulating requesting payments through wire transfer.
“This is not legit,” the city said.
