LUMBERTON — Civic Credit Union announced Monday a statewide partnership with The Salvation Army to support its annual Winter Coat Drive, calling on North Carolinians to help keep families warm this winter.
From Nov. 17 through Dec. 19, Civic members, along with those in the community, can drop off new or gently used coats at any of Civic’s 11 branch locations, which includes a location on Fayetteville Road in Lumberton. Donations of all sizes are needed, with a particular demand for children’s coats as families prepare for the colder months ahead.
