Youngstown has experienced different forms of change in recent times, with a new mayor on the way, Suzie's hot dogs making a comeback, and now city officials discussing different development projects happening throughout the city.

During Monday's meeting with city officials, a historic building was the topic of conversation. 20 Federal Place, which has been vacant since 2022.

"I think it's very important that we do develop 20 Federal into something that could be beneficial to the entire city," Julius Oliver, first ward councilman, said. "Making it a residential site where people can come in and own their home in that building as well as retail space."
