New York City mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani said Monday that his team did, in fact, reach out to the Trump administration in hopes of setting up a meeting. Trump told reporters Sunday night that Mamdani wanted to meet with him and they would "work something out." Mamdani said that he plans to talk to Trump about affordability and other issues affecting New Yorkers. Politico's Jeff Coltin joins LiveNOW's Mike Pache to discuss.
